Description: Start the afternoon with a FREE CEU program, presented by ELANY! The information and analysis provided will assist the licensed professionals in understanding issues that are vital to serving their clients, as well as broadening their understanding of the flood insurance marketplace and legal/regulatory environment in which they operate.

Marc Treacy  |  Managing Director of Flood Insurance at ISO
He is responsible for developing flood insurance solutions for ISO's commercial and personal lines. Mr. Treacy brings 20 years of experience in underwriting and claims within commercial and personal lines. Most recently, he served as underwriting director at CNA. Before that, he worked for Liberty Mutual, Amerisure, and Allstate. He holds a BA from Creighton University. Marc is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Don Griffin  |  Department Vice President – Personal Lines, with the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) 
APCIA is the largest property and casualty insurance trade association with over 1,200 member companies nationwide. APCIA’s members write nearly 60 percent of all the property and casualty insurance in the U.S. Don and his staff are responsible for the development of public policy on automobile, property, and catastrophe issues at both the state and federal level. He is APCIA’s point person on catastrophe and flood insurance issues. Including 21 years with APCIA, Don has more than 35 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance business including management responsibilities at both agency and company levels.
